* JOB REQUIREMENTS

Recruitment / New Hire Process:

–  Identify, recruit, promote, transfer, and retain the right employees at the right time for the right position as well as all levels of the company.

–   Assist with recruitment process: Job posting, CV screening & short-listing, interview arrangement, reference check and offer, issuing employment contracts

–  Conduct orientation to new employee

–  Develop network and keep abreast of employment market for the purposes of recruitment

 C&B:

– Initiate and administer HR benefits programs as needed, such as annual health checks, personal events, health insurance schemes.

– Support with market research, salary and compensation surveys

– Develop network and keep abreast of employment market for the purposes of benchmarking compensation & benefits

Others:

– Support all internal and external HR related inquires or request

– Maintain and update HR files and databases, staffs movement

– Implement policies, systems and procedures required.
– Assist in HR administration, legal paper works for expats

– Logistics arrangement for expats onboarding

– Other HR jobs assigned by Superior from time to time

** REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-5 years’ experience in HR.
  • Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
  • Good knowledge of the HR processes, policies and practices, labor law
  • Able to work independently, driven, matured and able to influence the various stakeholders.
  • Good working attitude, high level of initiative and integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
